For the past year at PRODYN, Ihave worked as a Line Manager in the assembly department, responsible fororganizing workflows, monitoring production, and ensuring quality at everystage. I have been part of Prodyn for five years now, and time truly flies when you are part of a great team. I started my career at Prodyn as part of the Procurement team and later moved into Export Management. It is a dynamic job that requires a lot of commitment, but this is exactly what makes it more engaging and rewarding.

Most of my experience has beendeveloped in Spain, working as a freelance specialist with companies andinternational partners across Portugal, India, China, and other countries.These collaborations have allowed me to refine my expertise within differentproduction cultures and contribute to the development of high-quality footwearcollections for diverse markets. Today, I am part of the sewingteam working on a prestigious client, where precision, quality, and attentionto detail are essential. Beyond the work itself, what I value most is thestrong spirit of collaboration and the shared pride we feel in every productcreated through our teamwork and craftsmanship.

My journey at PRODYN started as aProduction Coordinator, a role that gave me the opportunity to closelyunderstand every stage of the production process and the importance ofteamwork, organization, and responsibility. For nearly four years, I havebeen leading the production team for one of our clients, a team that has grownfrom a single stamping machine into around 50 employees and continues toexpand. I am proud ofwhat we have achieved so far and confident that even greater accomplishmentsare ahead of us.

My experience at PRODYN began in 2020, when I joined as aCustoms Procedures Specialist in a completely new field for me. The beginningwas challenging, as I had to learn new processes and responsibilities, but it quicklybecame a strong foundation for my professional development.

With continuous support, training, and trust from theworking environment, I gradually built my knowledge and confidence in managingcustoms procedures. Today, I hold the position of Customs Procedures Manager, arole I perform with dedication and responsibility. Over the years, both I andthe company have grown together, and this shared development remains one of themost meaningful aspects of my professional journey, motivating me to continueimproving every day.

My journey in the company startedten years ago in the Quality Control department, where I was part of a smallteam that built the foundations of our work together.
