2015–2016

BUILDING THE FOUNDATION

Learning to work together
- Launch of the first 4 production lines:

This phase defined our culture: learning by doing, growing together, and building trust through execution.

2017-2018

RAPID GROWTH

Growth at speed
- Workforce expanded to 1,000+ employees
- Production lines increased rapidly from 4  to 14
- Daily production capacity reached 5,000+  pairs of shoes

Growth challenged the organization and revealed the need for stronger structure and clarity.

2019–2020

To support production, specialized satellite teams were created:

This phase marked the transition from expansion to controlled, sustainable growth.

2. Strengthening of materials purchasing and supplier network

With 21 years of experience inthe footwear manufacturing industry, my career has been built on continuouscommitment, expertise, and the ongoing improvement of production processes andquality standards. Throughout this journey, the focus has remained on adaptingto industry developments while ensuring efficiency and consistency in dailywork.

For the past year at PRODYN, Ihave worked as a Line Manager in the assembly department, responsible fororganizing workflows, monitoring production, and ensuring quality at everystage. Close collaboration with a skilled team has been essential in achievingconsistent results and maintaining a structured and efficient workingenvironment based on communication, responsibility, and shared goals. I have dedicated more than 35years of my professional journey to the footwear industry, specializing incollection development and pattern engineering. Throughout this time, I havebuilt my career on craftsmanship, precision, and a deep understanding of designand product development.

Most of my experience has beendeveloped in Spain, working as a freelance specialist with companies andinternational partners across Portugal, India, China, and other countries.These collaborations have allowed me to refine my expertise within differentproduction cultures and contribute to the development of high-quality footwearcollections for diverse markets.
