I began my career here in a junior position, and over time I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally within the company. As Operations Manager in Production, I learned to take full ownership of processes, teams, and performance. That experience prepared me to transition into a broader role focused on material utilization and production cost analysis, driving efficiency and smarter decision-making. For nearly 10 years, I have been part of this company, where I currently hold the role of Operational & Demand Planning. I lead the operations department and coordinate a team of 4 people in operations and 10–12 in the warehouse. My main responsibility is managing the entire raw material cycle — ensuring materials arrive on time, in the right quantities, and are handled efficiently during storage and preparation for use. The operations team works in full harmony with the warehouse team, creating a stable and efficient workflow. This collaboration is essential for ensuring process continuity and supporting the overall success of the company. My greatest motivation has always been innovation, especially improving and implementing ERP systems that allow us to monitor and optimize every work process with accuracy and transparency. Working in this department is energetic and dynamic, requiring continuous collaboration with all other departments. This interaction makes me feel like an essential link in the company’s success chain — a role I fulfil with pride and dedication every day.

As CFO, I lead the company’s financial strategy with a strong focus on long-term growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence. As the Head of Product Development, my focus is on transforming ambitious designs into high-quality footwear. Leading a talented development team, I bridge the gap between creative design concepts and large-scale production. In the footwear industry, every construction presents a unique challenge. We take pride in our ability to adapt our technical processes to the specific needs of our international customers. For me, the most rewarding part of the day is finding the perfect balance between design and manufacturing to ensure our customers receive products that are as functional as they are beautiful.

From the banking sector to Purchase & Procurement Manager at Prodyn. I started with the uncertainty of someone changing paths entirely, but with a clear vision to build a department from the ground up. What began as an uncertain career shift evolved into a mission to build a department and a team from scratch. Today, looking at the Procurement department we’ve established, I feel confident and excited about what’s next. To me, leadership is about trust.
