‍Key Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machinery and tools for footwear production

• Prepare and cut leather, textile, and synthetic materials based on technical patterns and production requirements

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of cut components before transferring them to stitching and assembly departments

• Check materials for defects and report any quality issues to supervisors

• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and support costefficiency

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment

• Always follow production schedules and safety procedures

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and manufacturing standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of footwear materials and cutting processes

• Ability to operate cutting machines and tools safely and efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling materials

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Responsible, organized, and production-oriented mindset

• Ability to follow technical instructions and production standards

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in cutting department or factory environment is an advantage

• Experience in footwear manufacturing is preferred but not required

• Knowledge of industrial cutting machinery is considered a plus
