Key Responsibilities

• Assemble footwear components including uppers, soles, insoles, and accessories according to production requirements

• Operate assembly machinery and tools safely and efficiently

• Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and finishing of all shoe components

• Follow technical instructions and production procedures throughout the assembly process

• Check products for defects and report any issues to supervisors or quality control staff

• Support production targets while maintaining high-quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and assembly equipment

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely production

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of footwear assembly processes and production flow

• Ability to work with assembly machinery and hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and product quality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Responsible, organized, and production-oriented mindset

• Ability to follow technical and safety instructions carefully

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in assembly or factory production is an advantage

• Experience in footwear manufacturing is preferred but not required

• Training in industrial production processes is considered a plus
