Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines for footwear upper production

• Stitch and assemble leather, textile, and synthetic components according to technical specifications

• Ensure stitching quality, alignment, and finishing meet company standards

• Follow production instructions, patterns, and workflow requirements

• Support production targets while maintaining attention to detail and product quality

• Identify and report material or stitching defects to supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation and equipment

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of industrial sewing processes and footwear construction

• Ability to operate sewing machinery safely and efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-oriented mindset

• Ability to follow technical instructions and production standards

Education & Experience

• Previous experience as a sewing machine operator orfactory worker is an advantage

• Experience in footwear or garment manufacturing is preferred

• Training in industrial sewing machinery is considered a plus
